One of the best ways to“occupy” anything while having a positive impact on your local community is to BUY LOCAL.
This coming weekend (December 3 – 4, 2011) presents a perfect opportunity to not only buy local but to take a step back in time and enjoy a re-creation of the holiday’s traditions from a 19th century farm and one-room schoolhouse. It’s a real home-spun holiday!
Enjoy tours of the 10-room farm house, authentic Log House, 8 outbuildings and the one-room Dewey School.
